Quality Control, Packaging & Shipping – The Final Journey

Before any garment reaches the customer, it must pass rigorous quality inspection. Common inspection items include:

· Size measurement (whether it conforms to the pattern specifications)

· Appearance inspection (for skipped stitches, broken threads, stains, and color differences)

· Fastness testing (color fastness, tensile strength)

· Safety testing (formaldehyde content, pH value, heavy metals, etc.)

Only garments that pass all inspections can be packaged and stored, ready for shipment.

The final step is packaging and shipping. Garments are folded or hung, placed in plastic bags, affixed with size labels and barcodes, and packed into cardboard boxes. For brand clients, customized hangtags, packaging bags, and even gift boxes are also provided. Many private label clothing manufacturers offer end-to-end solutions, handling everything from sourcing to final packaging under the client's own brand name.

Once everything is ready, the garments will be shipped by sea, air, or land to warehouses, stores, and consumers around the world.

As you can see, making clothes is far more than simply sewing a few pieces of fabric together. It's a complex system that integrates creative design, engineering technology, supply chain management, and quality control.

For those preparing to launch their own apparel brand, finding a reliable factory and understanding the costs and time involved in each step is often more challenging than the design itself. This is why we emphasize in every collaboration: communicate first, then sample; confirm first, then produce.

Because behind every good garment lies trust and cooperation between people.
